The first appointment is typically over 1 hour. It will depend on the service requested.

There are a few forms you'll need to fill out. They are available digitally upon service approval and physical copies if needed. They are available in English or Spanish.

We have a health questionnaire form, photo consent form, and the other forms depend on the service requested. The health questionnaire form and the form for the service requested are required before the appointment. The photo consent form is optional. 

The Health Questionnaire is required to be filled out to ensure your safety. Some treatments are not suitable for individuals with certain health conditions, on certain medications, under certain medical treatments, etc.

To ensure confort we provide bathrobes for our guests. However, if you prefer to remain in your own attire we recommend bringing a spare set of clothing to change into after the service.

It is recommended that you shave two days before or two days after your service to avoid irritation on the treatment area. 

It is recommended to come to your appointments with a bare face to ensure your appointment will be within the scheduled time frame. Removing make-up at the salon will delay the treatment. Not able to remove your make-up? No worries, we do have make-up remover available!

There are many facial treatment options on the menu that you can choose from, but the average facial typically involves cleansing, some form of exfoliation, mask, toner, serum & moisturizer. The machines/ tools used vary based on the service type. 

Professional extractions are crucial for safely, clearing blemishes, blackheads, or white heads. By getting extractions done by a professional you prevent the following: worsening the breakouts, scarring, and overall skin texture. 

As professionals we also provide personalized guidance to ensure & maintain your results. 

Immediately after treatment, you may experience mild tenderness, redness, and or inflammation on areas that were treated. This may last for a few days. To ensure proper recovery, follow your Esthetician’s aftercare. With consistent sessions, your skin will be refined in texture and have significantly less prone to congestion.
